Built To Stand Behind The Work.

Wizard's coverage is direct, in-house and designed to make a covered failure easier to resolve — not harder.

Wizard's In-House Warranty

3 years. 36,000 miles. Parts and labor.

Wizard’s Automotive & RV warranties all parts we provide and all labor we perform for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.

If a covered issue occurs, bring the vehicle back to us. If the vehicle cannot be successfully and safely driven because of the covered failure, we’ll arrange towing. Once coverage is verified, there is no cost to you.

This is an in-house warranty. You work with Wizard's rather than being passed to a third-party warranty provider.

How Coverage Works

A warranty should be understandable.

02

Return Safely

03

Verify Coverage

We confirm the repair, mileage, time period and covered failure.

04

Resolve It

Once coverage is verified, the covered repair is handled at no cost to you.

High Reliability Organization

Coverage is also information.

Our HRO model treats a comeback or unexpected failure as evidence. We examine what happened, communicate it, correct the covered concern, verify the result, and use what we learned to strengthen the process.

Preoccupation with failureSmall problems and near misses get attention before they become larger ones.
Reluctance to simplifyWe do not reduce a complex failure to the easiest explanation just to close a ticket.
Deference to expertiseThe person with the strongest relevant knowledge gets the loudest technical voice.
Commitment to resilienceWhen something goes wrong, we recover, correct, verify, and strengthen the process.
